12.2, 2013 Welsh Gelding

USEF - ROLL OUT THE RED CARPET

Theo is a green pony who just did his first ‘A’ show where he was Reserve Champion. He is coursing 2’3” consistently and has his changes. He jumps and moves a 10. He is brave and straightforward, and will also do well in the model. He is low maintenance, barefoot, and has no bad pony habits. He is ready to start his career in the hunter world!

16.3 2008 Holsteiner Gelding

USEF 5611883 - CRAFTSMAN

Big Boi is a hunter/equitation type that can do anything from the 2’6” to the 3’0”. He is more of a kick ride. He has a big step and bravely goes into any ring, he never peaks at anything and always jumps. Minimal prep, no show rides needed before. Has experience in the 3’6” medals and did the 1.45 in Europe before import.

Greyson is a bombproof kick ride who is looking to take his next rider from 2’6” to 3’3”. He is very safe and easy to jump around, with auto change.

Horses Imported for Woodland Farms Clients


Sales, Purchases, and Leases:

  • Commission: Flat rate of 10% of sale, purchase, or lease price; minimum of $1,000.

  • Trainer Travel Expenses: Client shall be responsible for all costs incurred, by the trainer or their agent, in the pursuit of a purchase, sale, or lease, regardless of whether a transaction is consummated. Representative costs include, but are not limited to, transportation, hotel, meals, etc.

  • Trainer Travel Fee: $150/half day or $200/full day

    • The travel fee is not applicable when the trainer and/or client tries the horse at a horse show in which they are competing.

  • Payment is due at the consummation of the transaction; late charges of 5% will accrue if payment is not made within ten days of the original transaction date. Please note that there will be a $30 fee, per occurrence, for any payments returned by your bank.
